A&W Auto Parts Return Policy

Commitment to Satisfaction
At A&W Auto Parts, our mission is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with the parts or accessories you've bought from us, we're here to help make things right.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of shipment to return or exchange your purchase. We understand that sometimes, things don’t work out, and we aim to make your return process as smooth as possible.

Eligible Returns
Returns must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and documentation (such as manuals and installation guides). Items should not be altered or damaged. Please ensure that the part is the correct fit for your vehicle before initiating a return.

Custom and Special Order Items
Due to their unique nature, custom-made or special-order items cannot be returned unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship. These items are made to your specifications and therefore cannot be restocked.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team via email at awautoparts@gmail.com or by calling our toll-free number. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns cannot be processed without an RMA number.

  • Pack the item securely, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  • Send the package using a trackable shipping method. We recommend retaining your shipping receipt until the return is processed.
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of a shipping error or defective product.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returns that are not the result of an error on our part. This fee covers the cost of processing returns and restocking items.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Electrical components that have been installed or attempted to be installed.
  • Items that have been modified, tampered with, or are not in their original condition.
  • Clearance, closeout, or liquidation items.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the same return conditions apply. Please contact us to confirm the item you want is in stock and to initiate the exchange process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the event you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can correct the issue. We will cover all shipping costs for the return of damaged or incorrect items and send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled at no charge before they are shipped. If your order has already been shipped, it will be considered a return, and our return policy will apply.
